Southcentre Mall, PARK (Promoting Artists Redefining Kulture) and [pre]shrunk are thrilled to announce the introduction of PARKFAMILY. Nearing their 10-year anniversary, PARK recognized that many of their loyal followers have evolved from young adults into young families. To meet the demand of these style-conscious parents, PARKFAMILY was born.
The weekend will feature a full program of activities. Friday will mark the launch of the PARKFAMILY Pop Up shop which will be open to the public for the entire weekend. This provides an exclusive opportunity to purchase from the designer collections being showcased in the PARKFAMILY Fashion Show, as well as other local vendors affiliated with the PARK organization. On Saturday, the main event will be the PARKFAMILY Fashion Show showcasing both women’s and children’s apparel from Southcentre Mall retailers, local designers and popular, hand-selected items from [pre] Shrunk. The weekend will cap off on Sunday with a special edition of Southcentre Mall’s popular Style Academy featuring 30 minute sessions led by notable Calgary stylists touching on common fashion challenges for mom’s and their children. A number of stylists will also be on hand for one-on-one sessions to answer guests’ specific fashion questions in a more intimate format.
